Feeling pretty good at the moment. If I go up and down stairs, I start breathing pretty hard, but if I stay put I'm ok. Heidi and I took a walk this afternoon which was good but hard. Going up hill was quite a challenge. I'm heading to bed early tonight. 3 days down, 6 to go!

I notice that when I just wake up, I'm pretty dehydrated. I weight myself first thing. Then I drink like a liter of water and that makes me gain a couple of pounds right away. My pre-bed weighing has me being fairly well hydrated and so I weigh a little more than I do when I wake up. At least, that's what I think is going on.
